Phil has been involved in the Help Desk and Customer Service industry for over 20 years. He has been involved with the Help Desk Institute as the President of the Milwaukee chapter. Phil is a speaker improving customer service and is the author of 10 Ways to Make It Great, which teaches businesses how to "unleash their power within." Phil currently manages a help desk team that provides support to over 2,000 computers worldwide for a financial services company in Milwaukee. He is an internationally syndicated blogger and a relationship enthusiast. Parham is an independent consultant in Silicon Valley that aids startups and mid-sized companies with the assessment, planning, and deployment of their IT infrastructure. Parham was the principal consultant at ONStor, a network storage company, where he led major IT projects including ERP system implementation, global remote access solutions, server consolidation, and application virtualization. At ONStor, Parham was the Manager of IT Services from its inception in 2001 through 2004. He was closely involved in the customer relationship management application selection, customization, and rollout at Infoblox, a provider of identity management appliance. Parham brings extensive remote-access technology integration and deployment expertise to MiuteFix’s advisory board.

Bob Herron is the Managing Director in the Boston office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P) where he brings over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate finance. HFF, a real estate capital market intermediary, is a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (Symbol: HF). While at HFF, Bob was responsible for originating debt and equity transactions, of which the last five years exceeded $2.5 Billion in value. Through the course of his career with HFF, Bob completed in excess of $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to HFF, he was a Partner with Keller Company, a mortgage banking firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Bob brings extensive financial background to the MinuteFix team and has been pivotal in raising the company's seed-stage capital.
